About Keeley

Keeley Electronics builds guitar pedals in Edmond, Oklahoma. Robert Keeley started in 2001 modding Boss and Ibanez pedals, and the Compressor that followed became the studio standard that most other pedal compressors are measured against. The range now covers compression, overdrive, fuzz, delay, reverb and modulation, all designed and assembled in the USA. Compressors

The Compressor Plus is the current version of the pedal that made the name, with a Tone control and a Single Coil/Humbucker blend switch. The Compressor Mini fits the same circuit into a small box, and the Compressor Pro adds studio-style attack and release controls with a meter. The GC-2 Limiting Amplifier is a VCA design for a cleaner squash, and the Bassist is a compressor voiced for bass with a Threshold control.

Overdrive, Distortion and Fuzz

The Noble Screamer, Blues Disorder, Super Rodent and Angry Orange are the 4-in-1 series: each combines two classic overdrive or distortion circuits with switchable clipping and tone stacks. The Manis, Super Phat Mod and MK3 Driver (Andy Timmons signature) are single overdrives. The Tube Drive runs a real 12AX7 tube on high voltage, and the limited 12AT7 version ships with a 1987 Philips JAN tube. For fuzz there is the Fuzz Bender, a germanium and silicon hybrid, the Moon op-amp fuzz, and the Octa Psi with a built-in octave. The Katana Mini is a clean boost.

Delay and Reverb

The Halo is Andy Timmons' dual echo, and the Halo Core is the compact single-footswitch version. The Eccos pairs a tape-style delay with a looper, the Mag Echo is a tape echo emulation, and the RK2000 is a stereo delay with the Funk Siren filter. Reverbs run from the Aurora digital reverb and Hooke spring reverb to the Caverns delay/reverb, the Memphis Sun slapback and reverb box, and the Nocturne, Andy Timmons' signature reverb. The Hydra, Zoma, Dynatrem, Verb-O-Trem and Vibe-O-Verb combine reverb with tremolo or vibrato in a single pedal, and the Loomer pairs fuzz with reverb.

Modulation and Filters

The Seafoam Plus is a chorus and vibrato, the 30ms Double Tracker does automatic double tracking with reverb, and the Bubble Tron is a dynamic flanger and phaser. The Rotary and Dyno My Roto cover rotary speaker and tri-chorus sounds. The Neutrino V2 is an envelope filter and auto wah. The Dark Side puts fuzz, delay and four modulation types in one box for the Pink Floyd tones.
