Description
The Keeley Noble Screamer puts two of the most used overdrive circuits in one box: the Tube Screamer style soft clipping with its mid hump, and the Nobels ODR-1 style with its flatter, fuller low end. The two toggles let you mix and match, so you can run the Screamer clipping through the ODR tone stack or the other way round. Both of those hybrid combinations are sounds no single classic pedal makes.
Four Drives in One Pedal
- TS clipping + TS tone: The classic green overdrive, mid forward and tight.
- ODR clipping + ODR tone: The Nobels sound, wider and less compressed, with the bass left in.
- TS clipping + ODR tone: Screamer grit with a fuller bottom end.
- ODR clipping + TS tone: Open ODR gain with a mid push that cuts in a band.
