Description
The PreSonus StudioLive 16.0.2 USB is a compact digital performance and recording mixer that combines the ease of analog with the power of digital processing. It features one fader for every mono or stereo channel, one output for every bus, and keeps all critical controls visible and accessible without burying them in menus or layers. A built-in 18-in/16-out USB recording interface operates at 24-bit/44.1 kHz and 48 kHz.
Mixing and Processing
The StudioLive 16.0.2 USB provides 8 mono mic/line channel inputs and 4 stereo line channel inputs with high-quality 60 mm faders. Fat Channel signal processing is available on all channels and buses, along with one 31-band stereo graphic EQ on the main outputs. Two internal FX buses drive two stereo 32-bit digital effects processors with customizable reverb and delay presets. Aux sends have their own physical controls, and every channel has a big, bright meter display.
Recording and Control
The built-in multichannel recording interface captures all channels to your computer over USB. Scene store and recall allows you to save and switch between complete mixer configurations. Settings can be copied among channels and buses and saved as user presets. The mixer comes with a suite of tightly integrated recording, control, and audio analysis software.
Preamps and Signal Path
Twelve XMAX Class A solid-state mic preamps with generous analog I/O deliver clean, transparent signal capture. A dedicated talkback input with Class A mic preamp is included. The mixer supports MIDI control and provides accurate metering across all channels. The lightweight, compact form factor can be held in one hand.
