Pioneer DJ DJS-1000 - Standalone DJ Sampler (Black)

The Pioneer DJ DJS-1000 is a standalone DJ sampler designed to integrate into Pioneer DJ NXS and XDJ setups via Pro DJ Link. It combines a 16-track step sequencer with 16 velocity-sensitive performance pads, real-time time-stretch, live sampling, and a 7" color touchscreen for hands-on control.

Sequencer and Pads

Sixteen multicolored step input keys let you build patterns on the fly, with color-coded feedback showing sequence information per track. The 16 rubber performance pads support finger drumming with Velocity Mode for pressure-sensitive volume control. A touch strip provides Pitch Bend and Note Repeat functions.

Touchscreen

The 7" display has three views: Home (overview of assigned samples), Sequence (currently playing pattern), and Mixer (per-track volume control). Sampling, FX, and sequence editing are all accessible directly from the screen.

Connectivity and Sync

Pro DJ Link enables beat sync with CDJ and XDJ multi-players. A tempo slider and nudge buttons are available for manual synchronization. The free DJS-TSP software creates scenes and projects offline, and files from the Pioneer DJ Toraiz SP-16 are fully compatible.
