Description
The Korg Minilogue is a four-voice polyphonic analog synthesizer with 37 slim keys. Its fully analog signal path delivers the warmth and character that only real analog circuits can produce, while 200 program memories (100 factory, 100 user) and an intuitive panel layout make it accessible to players at any level. A real-time OLED oscilloscope displays the waveform as you shape your sound.
Analog Signal Path
The signal path consists of two VCOs per voice with sawtooth, triangle, and square waveforms, a resonant 2-pole/4-pole low-pass VCF, two envelope generators, one LFO, and a VCA. Wave shaping on each oscillator lets you fine-tune harmonics. Cross modulation, oscillator sync, and a ring modulator expand the tonal range further. A built-in analog delay with high-pass filter adds space and texture.
Voice Modes
Eight selectable voice modes configure the four voices for different performance scenarios: Poly (4-voice chords), Duo (2-voice unison), Unison (all voices stacked), Mono (mono with sub-oscillator), Chord, Delay (staggered triggering), Arp (arpeggiator), and Side Chain (ducking). Each mode changes how the four voices respond to your playing.
Sequencer
A 16-step polyphonic sequencer supports real-time recording with overdubbing and step recording. Motion sequencing records knob movements as automation, bringing evolving textures to your sequences. Each program stores its own sequence and delay settings.
