Description
Combining superior craftsmanship, premium materials, and unparalleled playability, the Heritage Custom Shop Core Collection H-555 is a masterpiece designed to inspire. Bold, refined, and crafted for excellence, this guitar takes class to a new aesthetic level, while maintaining exceptional tone and playability.
Crafted at the iconic 225 Parsons Street factory in Kalamazoo, the Core Collection H-555 is built with the finest materials, including a laminated, highly figured curly maple (top and back) with solid curly maple sides. This carefully selected tonewood combination delivers a perfect balance of warmth, clarity, and resonance. The guitar’s semi-hollow construction is complemented by a comfortable ’50s C-shaped neck profile and elegant block inlays, ensuring effortless playability with a vintage feel.
At the heart of the H-555 are the Heritage Custom Shop 225 Hot Classic Humbuckers, designed and wound in-house to exacting standards. These pickups provide a rich, dynamic sound with added punch and articulation, perfectly suited for clean tones and overdriven settings. The guitar also features a Tune-O-Matic bridge and an aluminum stopbar tailpiece, enhancing sustain and resonance while ensuring precise intonation.
Every detail of the H-555 has been meticulously crafted to captivate the eye and inspire the player. Multi-ply binding adorns the body, headstock, and pickguard, adding a touch of refined elegance, while gold hardware lends timeless sophistication. The iconic kite inlay on the headstock and laser-etched Heritage tuners further showcase the instrument’s premium design.
The H-555 is finished in a nitrocellulose vintage gloss, available in Ebony or Trans Cherry, which develops a unique character as it gracefully ages over time. For players seeking an authentically worn aesthetic, the Artisan Aged option offers a fully hand-finished patina that exudes the charm of a well-loved instrument.
The Heritage Core Collection H-555 comes protected in a premium Heritage Custom Shop hard case, ensuring it remains an heirloom-quality instrument for years to come.
