Description
The Heritage Audio LANG PEQ-2 is a 2U passive program equalizer in the Pultec tradition, with 26 frequency points instead of 14 and independent boost and cut frequencies on the low band. Adjustable HF boost bandwidth (sharp or broad) covers 20 Hz to 20 kHz. It ships with the HA-PSU04 and an IEC cable.
Program EQ
Being able to boost and cut at different low frequencies is the main extra versus a classic Pultec. Transformer-balanced, floating I/O drives 600 Ω. The circuit is a line-level program EQ for tracking, mix, or mastering, not a microphone preamp.
