The DigiTech Whammy DT adds drop and raised tuning to the Whammy pitch shift pedal. You can shift your tuning down or up by 1 to 7 semitones or a full octave without touching the tuning pegs or changing guitars between songs.
The expression pedal still controls classic Whammy bends, harmony intervals and detune. A momentary footswitch switches the drop tune effect on or off while you hold it, for hammer-on and pull-off style shifts. The pedal has true bypass, a MIDI input and a jack for an optional FS3X footswitch.
