Description
The ADAM Audio Sub8 Pro is an active studio subwoofer with a 8" high-excursion woofer, a 200 W class D amplifier and onboard DSP. It reaches down to 30 Hz (-3 dB) and suits compact stereo and multichannel monitoring systems. Phase, crossover and level are set on the backplate or over Ethernet with the free ADAM Control software.
Calibration and Control
ADAM Control manages networked ADAM Audio subwoofers and A Series monitors from one screen. It gives the Sub8 Pro time alignment and four bands of parametric EQ, and loads Sonarworks SoundID Reference calibration profiles onto the subwoofer's DSP. Firmware updates run through the same software.
