Casio

Portable keyboards that are great for learning and performing.

About Casio

Casio has been building electronic instruments since the 1980s, bringing digital piano technology to players who need portability and reliability without breaking the bank. Their keyboards are known for weighted key actions that feel closer to acoustic pianos than you'd expect at their price points, plus built-in learning features that make them popular with music schools and home studios. The CT-S and Privia lines cover everything from compact practice instruments to stage-ready digital pianos with full 88-key hammer action.

Casio - Portable Keyboard Overview

Electric Pianos

Casio's electric piano lineup spans portable practice keyboards to full-size stage instruments. The CT-S series gives you 61 keys in a slim, battery-powered package that fits in a backpack. The Privia models step up to 88 weighted keys with graded hammer action and onboard speakers that actually sound good in a small room. You get USB MIDI connectivity across the range, so these work as controllers for your DAW when you're not playing standalone. The key feel punches above the price point, especially on the PX models.

Seating and Stands

Casio offers matching furniture for their keyboards: adjustable benches with cushioned seats and X-style stands that fold flat for transport. The stands work with most of their portable models and lock at multiple height positions. Nothing fancy here, just functional gear that gets your keyboard off the desk and into playing position. The benches adjust from kids' height to full adult seating.

Accessories

Beyond the keyboards themselves, Casio stocks sustain pedals, power supplies, and gig bags sized for their specific models. The sustain pedals are basic on/off switches, not continuous controllers, but they work fine for practice and learning. Their cases are padded nylon with shoulder straps, built to protect keyboards during regular transport between home and rehearsal spaces.
