ACE Studio is an AI music workstation built by TimeDomain, Inc., a Delaware-registered company founded in 2024 by Joe (Jing) Guo. The software generates studio-quality singing vocals and instrument performances from MIDI, lyrics, and text prompts. Unlike one-click song generators, ACE Studio gives you hands-on control: you write the MIDI, input the lyrics, and shape the performance. The platform includes 140+ AI voices across 8 languages, plus voice cloning slots for building custom vocal models. All training data comes from licensed, revenue-shared recordings with real singers, not scraped audio. Version 2.0, released in December 2025, introduced Artist and Artist Pro tiers as perpetual licenses, with Video Composer added in March 2026.

ACE Studio Artist 2.0 and Artist Pro 2.0 are lifetime licenses that let you produce vocal tracks without a microphone or singer.
