Warm Audio x Dirty Boy Jr Pedals: Limited Collab Boost, Fuzz & Overdrive (2026)
Warm Audio and Dirty Boy are launching a limited pedal collection built from authentic Dirty Boy circuits, not recreations. The Dirty Boy Jr Booster, Jr Fuzz, and Jr Overdrive were developed with Dirty Boy founder Danny Gomez Jr., and Warm Audio is manufacturing and distributing them so more players can get those boutique tones without hunting rare originals.
Storefront release at Blackout Audio is scheduled for July 21, 2026 at 9:00 AM Eastern. Each pedal lists at $249 CAD MAP. Stock is limited and available while quantities last.
Dirty Boy Jr Booster
The WA-DBjr-BOOST is a high-headroom boost based on the Dirty Boy Ball Buster. You get up to 10 dB of clean-to-mean boost with Treble, Bass, and an H-M-L Freq control. Use it for transparent level, British-style breakup, or fuzz-inspired textures when you push it hard.
- Boost: Up to 10 dB
- Controls: Drive, Freq (H-M-L), Bass, Treble
- Circuit: 100% analog, true bypass
- MAP: $249 CAD
Dirty Boy Jr Fuzz
The WA-DBjr-FZ follows the Dirty Boy Afro Fuzz idea with Volume, Fuzz, and a six-position frequency selector. That Freq control moves from thick, bass-heavy fuzz to sharper cutting tones, with the dynamic cleanup players expect when they roll guitar volume back.
- Controls: Fuzz, Level, 6-position Freq
- Character: Vintage-style fuzz with Dirty Boy modifications
- Circuit: 100% analog, true bypass
- MAP: $249 CAD
Dirty Boy Jr Overdrive
The WA-DBjr-OD is the amp-like piece of the lineup. It combines overdrive, preamp, and all-analog amp simulation with Warm Audio's T.A.E. technology, a speaker-emulated output, and a Variac control for sag and compression. Think boost into saturated vintage-style breakup in one box.
- Controls: Gain, Volume, Variac, Tone
- Outputs: Emulated out and pre out
- Circuit: 100% analog, true bypass
- MAP: $249 CAD
Why This Collab Matters
Dirty Boy pedals are known for boutique builds and artist trust (players like John Frusciante and Neal Schon are called out in the launch materials). Warm Audio's role is manufacturing and global distribution while keeping the circuits true. Every unit is hand-tested in Austin, TX. If you want these tones at Canadian MAP pricing, this limited window is the point of the release.
