Description
The Warm Audio RingerBringer is a 100% analog ring modulation pedal that recreates the tonal range and control set of a classic boutique ring modulator. From subtle lo-fi tremolo to piercing, otherworldly ring-mod effects, the RingerBringer generates layered frequencies and harmonics using a true-to-spec analog signal path.
The internal sine oscillator operates in two frequency ranges: Lo (0.6 Hz to 80 Hz) for tremolo and subtle modulation effects, and Hi (30 Hz to 4 kHz) for classic metallic ring-mod tones. The LFO section offers Amount and Rate controls with a Sine/Square waveform switch to shape the modulation character. The Mix knob crossfades between dry and effected signal, while the Frequency control sets the carrier oscillator pitch. A universal Drive control adds harmonic saturation to the input signal before modulation. Four CV inputs (Rate, Amount, Mix, Freq) accept expression pedals or external control voltages, and a Carrier In/Out allows replacing the internal oscillator with an external signal source. The LFO Out sends the internal LFO to other pedals or synths. The retro-styled enclosure features faux-wood side panels and a black control surface.
