Created from Hans Zimmer’s legendary recordings, this instrument offers a wide range of bold rhythms, thunderous hits, and atmospheric textures that can be molded to your needs with unparalleled ease. Whether you're crafting high-intensity action sequences, dramatic trailers, or moody atmospheric backdrops, DRUMS delivers epic cinematic percussion that cuts through any mix.
Dedicated Performance Engine by UJAM
At the heart of DRUMS lies a UJAM-powered performance engine designed to simplify your workflow while delivering top-tier percussion sounds. With DRUMS, you don’t need to worry about complex programming. The engine takes care of the rhythm for you, transforming simple input into fully fleshed-out, cinematic drum performances. It’s built for speed and ease, so you can focus on the creative process without getting bogged down by technicalities.
Low & High Drum Sections: Complete Control Over Your Percussion
DRUMS offers unique control over Low Drums (such as bass drums and timpani) and High Drums (such as snares and toms), allowing you to separately adjust the dynamics of both layers. The Crossfade Slider lets you blend these two sections together seamlessly, while the built-in Character and Motion FX controls allow you to shape each layer with deep, evolving textures. Whether you want a massive low-end rumble or sharp, punctuating high-end hits, you can easily create the ideal balance for your track.
60 Styles & Over 300 Custom-Designed Phrases: Instant Percussive Energy
With 60 rhythmic Styles to choose from, DRUMS provides you with a huge variety of professionally arranged patterns and phrases. These Styles are packed with over 300 custom-designed phrases, ensuring that no matter what kind of rhythm you need—whether subtle grooves, epic crescendos, or hard-hitting cinematic impacts—there’s a perfect match ready to go. The intelligent performance engine ensures that everything stays in time and musically aligned, so your drum layers always sound organic and cohesive, without needing to program each beat manually.
Sound Design Section: Transformative Effects for Cinematic Innovation
What sets DRUMS apart is its Sound Design Section, which allows you to push the boundaries of traditional percussion. With over 200 Finisher presets and Ambience effects, you can completely transform your drum sounds. Turn orchestral hits into shimmering, ethereal textures, morph powerful impacts into gritty, distorted strikes, or craft abstract cinematic layers with ease. These sound design tools are not just about enhancing existing drum sounds—they’re about completely reimagining them, giving you the ability to create new, boundary-pushing textures that bring your compositions to life.
