Description
The Tascam TM-AR1 is an acoustic control filter that absorbs sound reflections and blocks ambient noise from reaching the rear and sides of your microphone. The result is a drier, cleaner signal that is easier to mix and process. Five panels of internal foam provide broadband absorption, while the outer aluminum frame adds rigidity and environmental isolation.
The foldable wing design saves space when the filter is not in use and allows adjustment to match your room. Two robust screws mount the TM-AR1 to any standard microphone stand (5/8 in thread, with a 5/8 to 3/8 in adapter included). Two support bars of different lengths and an adjustable slide bar accommodate a wide range of microphone and shockmount sizes.
