The Tascam TM-82 is a dynamic microphone built for vocal and instrument performances on stage and in the studio. Its cardioid polar pattern captures sound from the front while rejecting feedback and ambient noise from the sides and rear, making it equally suited to live shows, home recording, presentations, and announcements.
No phantom power is required, keeping setup simple and reliable. The robust metal construction and proven electrical design make the TM-82 a durable, long-lasting companion for musicians, rental companies, and event venues. The cardioid pattern also creates a moderate proximity effect that adds warmth to vocals and other close-miked sources.
