Description
The Tascam Studio Bridge is a standalone 24-track multitrack recorder and 24-in/24-out USB audio interface designed to bridge analog mixing consoles with digital recording. Connecting via six DB-25 connectors (three input, three output), it captures 24 tracks of line-level audio at up to 48 kHz/24-bit directly to SDXC cards up to 512 GB, while simultaneously functioning as a class-compliant USB 2.0 audio interface for DAW integration. Its preamp-free design gives you complete control over your recording chain.
Multitrack Recording
Record 24 tracks simultaneously in WAV (BWF) format at 44.1 or 48 kHz, 16 or 24-bit resolution. The surface-mounted SDXC card reader supports punch-in/out on up to 10 tracks, track swapping for bouncing, and auto-monitor switching. Cards up to 512 GB are supported, providing hours of multitrack recording per card.
USB Audio Interface
The 24-in/24-out USB 2.0 audio interface (UAC 2.0 compliant) integrates with any DAW on macOS 13+ or Windows 10+. Per-channel INPUT switches toggle between analog (DB-25) and USB sources, while MONITOR switches select between live input and track playback. HUI/MCU protocol emulation provides plug-and-play DAW transport and record-ready control.
MIDI and Sync
Standard 5-pin MIDI in/out connectors support USB MIDI interfacing, MIDI sync, and MIDI Time Code (MTC). A built-in metronome with tap tempo outputs to a dedicated 1/4" click jack. A dual-footswitch input enables hands-free punch-in/out or transport control.
