Description
The Tascam DR-60DMKII is a 4-channel portable audio recorder and mixer designed to mount directly beneath a DSLR camera for professional audio-for-video capture. Featuring HDDA (High Definition Discrete Architecture) preamps, a Cirrus Logic A/D converter, and a compact form factor at just 133 mm wide, the DR-60DMKII records up to 4 channels simultaneously in 24-bit/96 kHz WAV/BWF format.
DSLR Integration
The DR-60DMKII mounts directly under your camera via its integrated camera screw. A dedicated camera output with adjustable level control feeds a reference audio track to cameras that lack input level adjustment. The unit's rigid plastic construction keeps weight low for steady camera movement.
Inputs and Mixing
Two XLR/TRS combo inputs with selectable +48V phantom power accept professional microphones and line sources. A stereo 1/8" microphone input handles high-output mics and provides plug-in power. The built-in digital mixer offers panning and level control per track, with insertable limiter, high-pass filter, and per-channel delay for distance compensation.
