Description
The Tascam CD-200BT is a 2U rackmount CD player with a built-in Bluetooth receiver, designed for installations, venues, and commercial spaces where versatile audio playback is needed. The front-panel Bluetooth antenna receives audio wirelessly from smartphones, tablets, and other devices using the aptX, AAC, and SBC codecs, while the high-quality CD drive plays CD-DA, WAV, MP3, and MP2 files from standard CDs, CD-R, and CD-RW discs.
Bluetooth Streaming
The CD-200BT pairs with up to eight Bluetooth devices at once, allowing quick switching between sources with minimal interruption. The front-mounted antenna ensures stable wireless reception. aptX codec support delivers high-quality audio with error recovery for fewer dropouts compared to standard SBC transmission. SCMS-T content protection is supported.
CD Playback Features
Four playback modes (continuous, shuffle, program, and single) combine with repeat functions for flexible control. A +/-14% pitch control adjusts playback speed for CDs and data discs. A 10-second shockproof memory prevents skipping from vibrations, and the unit supports CD text and ID3 tags for track, artist, and album display. A front-panel 3.5mm aux input connects portable audio devices.
