Description
The Tascam CD-A580 V2 combines a CD player, cassette recorder/player, and USB flash drive recorder/player into a single 3U rackmount unit. Designed for installations in halls, hotels, restaurants, DJs, band rehearsals, dance studios, and sports facilities, the CD-A580 V2 makes it easy to play from multiple formats, record to cassette or USB, and dub between sources.
Multi-Format Playback
The CD section plays standard CDs, CD-R, and CD-RW discs including CD-DA audio and MP3 data CDs. The cassette deck handles standard and high-bias tapes with selectable Dolby B noise reduction and pitch control of up to +/-10%. The USB port records and plays MP3 files from flash drives, enabling simple dubbing from CD or cassette to USB without a computer.
Dubbing and Recording
One-touch dubbing copies from CD to USB or from cassette to USB. The cassette deck records from CD, USB, or external line sources. RCA unbalanced inputs and outputs on the rear panel connect to mixers, amplifiers, and other audio equipment. A front-panel headphone output with level control provides monitoring.
