Tascam CA-XLR2d-AN XLR Microphone Adapter for Cameras (3.5mm Analog)

The Tascam CA-XLR2d-AN is an XLR microphone adapter that brings professional audio to virtually any DSLR or mirrorless camera with a 3.5 mm external mic input. Developed in collaboration with Canon, FUJIFILM, and Nikon, the CA-XLR2d features HDDA mic preamps, 48V phantom power for condenser microphones, and a high-performance A/D converter for clean, low-noise recordings.

This analog kit connects to the camera via the included 3.5 mm stereo mini cable and is powered by two AA batteries. Two balanced XLR/TRS combo inputs accept shotgun mics, dynamic mics, condenser mics, or line-level signals, while a 3.5 mm unbalanced input supports lavalier, wireless, and plug-in power microphones. The output jack doubles as a headphone monitor for real-time audio checking in the field.
