Description
The Delta King 10 is a 5-watt 1x10 tube combo based on the Chicago-made Supro combos of the 1950s. A 12AX7 preamp feeds a single-ended Class A power amp with a 6V6 tube, giving natural compression and touch-sensitive response at a volume that suits home recording and small stages.
It adds a FET-driven boost, a Pigtronix FAT high-gain mode, a 2-band EQ, master volume, analog spring reverb and a line out for recording or feeding other gear. A custom 10-inch DK10 speaker is designed to recall the field-coil speakers of early amps. This one has a tweed covering with black piping.
