Description
The '64 Reverb is a 5-watt 1x8 tube combo with tube-driven spring reverb. A single-ended Class A power amp with a 6V6 tube drives an 8-inch Jensen C8R speaker, and the amp has separate gain and master volume knobs with a 2-band EQ.
Three line outputs (wet, dry and mix) are fed by the preamp tubes ahead of the master volume. You can send the amp's gain and reverb to another amp or a recording console, or use it as a tube preamp and reverb unit. Because the outputs sit before the master volume, the speaker can be turned down while the line outputs keep their full level. It suits home players, recording guitarists and small gigs.
