Description
The SM81 is a precision cardioid condenser microphone designed for studio recording and live sound reinforcement of acoustic instruments. Its flat, neutral frequency response and low self-noise make it an industry standard for acoustic guitar, piano, cymbals, and orchestral ensembles. A 10 dB attenuator and three-position low-cut filter provide versatile gain staging in demanding environments.
