Description
The Shure MV6 Gen 2 is a dynamic USB-C microphone for PC gamers and streamers. It pairs a cardioid dynamic capsule, inspired by the SM7 and MV7, with onboard digital audio processing, so your voice comes through clear and steady over a single USB-C cable while off-axis sound and room noise stay out of the stream.
Gen 2 adds an adjustable Auto Level Mode, an adjustable Real-time Denoiser, a 5-band EQ and three Smart Audio Presets. It works plug-and-play with PC, Mac, iOS and Android, and comes with a colour-matched desktop stand and USB-C cable. This is the Black finish.
Before first use: update the microphone to the latest firmware when you connect it for the first time. The update runs through the MOTIV Mix desktop app, or the MOTIV Audio and MOTIV Video mobile apps.
Features
- Adjustable Auto Level Mode: keeps your voice level consistent through volume swings, with a threshold and response time you choose
- Adjustable Real-time Denoiser: removes ambient sound as you speak, at the intensity you set
- Smart Audio Presets: Speech, Singing and Instrument modes for the most common recording situations
- 5-band EQ: shape brightness, presence, warmth and body, or use the tone slider for Dark, Natural or Bright
- Digital Popper Stopper: reduces plosives without a physical pop filter
- Voice Isolation Technology: the dynamic capsule, cardioid pattern and onboard processing reject off-axis sound and ambient noise
- Tap-to-mute: one tap on top of the mic mutes instantly and silently, and the button can be turned off in the MOTIV apps
- USB-C connection: plug-and-play digital audio on PC, Mac, iOS and Android, with no drivers to install
- 3.5 mm headphone output: zero-latency monitoring of the mic signal and system audio
- Microsoft Teams compatible: one mic for gaming, streaming and work calls
- Desktop stand included: isolation base keeps desk vibrations out of the audio signal
