Description
The Wavelength Duo captures the range, detail, body and character of an acoustic guitar by combining the Wavelength Solo undersaddle pickup with a condenser microphone. This version is for nylon string classical and flamenco guitars. Two light, low-profile thumbwheels mounted at the soundhole set the master volume and the mic volume.
The pickup is the Wavelength unitary piezoelectric co-polymer undersaddle design. The mic is a miniature omni-directional electret condenser that sits in an absorptive visco-elastic shock mount for isolation, and its channel has two stages of low-frequency roll-off to fight feedback. You can wire the system in stereo to send the pickup and mic to a two-channel preamp. Both sources feed an 18V preamp with low noise, high input impedance and twice the dynamic range of typical 9V systems.

- Shock-mounted omni electret condenser mic
