Description
The Overture picks up the warmth and character of an acoustic guitar with clear, accurate sound, for live playing and direct recording. Its small, light ceramic accelerometer mounts to the guitar top and senses the vibrations of the whole instrument.
A custom preamp, slightly larger than a 9V battery, gives good dynamics and a wide frequency response. The Overture suits percussive players and works with steel or nylon string guitars.
