Description
The Quarter Pound PJ set pairs a Quarter Pound P-Bass pickup with a Quarter Pound Jazz Bass bridge pickup for 4-string P-J basses. Together they give a full voice with high-output punch, a strong low end and long sustain.
The Jazz pickup's quarter-inch poles and intense coil wind give hot output and a strong attack. The P-Bass pickup's large magnets widen the magnetic field for a fat, punchy sound with a strong midrange. The set suits classic rock, hard rock, punk, grunge and metal, and a 2 or 3 band tone circuit adds more control.
