Description
The Vintage Jazzmaster Silencer is a noiseless pickup set for Jazzmaster guitars, voiced for pure vintage Jazzmaster tone. It was designed by Kevin Beller, Seymour Duncan VP of Engineering, and uses a patent-pending triple-coil design: two outer coils cancel hum while an inner coil captures the Jazzmaster sound. Visible alnico 5 pole pieces keep the classic Jazzmaster look.
The neck pickup is warm and punchy, and the bridge is bright and tight with plenty of snap. The set drops into any Jazzmaster-sized pickup location and suits surf riffs, shimmering indie textures and pedal-driven playing. This set has parchment covers.
