Description
The P90 Stack is a noiseless P90 soapbar pickup for any guitar with a P90-sized route. Seymour Duncan's Stack design makes it a true humbucker in a P90 package, so you get vintage-style P90 growl and sparkle without single-coil hum. It has adjustable pole pieces.
This is the bridge model. It is midrange-focused, with the grit you expect from a bridge-position P90. The 4-conductor lead lets you wire it in series, parallel or split. Series is loud and brash for heavy rock, and parallel is brighter and thinner for jazz, blues and country. At .951 inch tall it is taller than a typical P90, so check that your pickup cavity is deep enough before installing. This version has a cream cover.
Features
- Stack design for P90 tone without single-coil hum
- Dual alnico 5 magnets
- Adjustable pole pieces
- 4-conductor lead wire for series, parallel or split wiring
- Vacuum wax potted for squeal-free operation
- Taller .951 inch height profile
- Hand built in Santa Barbara, California
