Description
The JB Jr. for Strat puts the character of the JB humbucker into a single-coil-sized twin-coil pickup. Its adjustable pole pieces shape the magnetic field more like a full-size humbucker and let you set the balance from string to string. Compared with the Hot Rails it has a little less output and more treble response. It suits everything from heavy blues to heavy metal.
This is the bridge model (SJBJ-1b). It gives crunchy chords and screaming leads with the JB's upper-midrange cut, lots of bright harmonic sparkle and a tight, focused low end. This one comes in white.
