Description
The AHB-2b Blackouts Metal is Seymour Duncan's highest output active bridge humbucker. It replaces the earlier LiveWire Metal with a new preamp and voicing, and it adds a second, moderate output level. The tone is thick and saturated with strong midrange punch, for metal, punk, thrash and drop tunings.
The pickup ships with a jumper across two pins on its underside. With the jumper in place you get full output. Remove it for a lower level that still sits well with a neck pickup or an amp's clean channel, or wire the pins to a mini switch or push-pull pot for an onboard boost. This version has a black cover.

- Seymour Duncan's highest output active bridge pickup
