Description
Sentient Rails is a neck humbucker designed as the companion to the Nazgûl Rails bridge pickup. The rail design spreads the magnetic field evenly across the strings for better balance, clarity and sustain. It stays clear on intricate chord passages and tight on single-note runs under high gain, and it works well in lower tunings.
It has a broad harmonic range and is hand built in Santa Barbara, California, with an Alnico 8 bar magnet, 4-conductor lead wire and vacuum wax potting. This is the 6-string version, in black with steel rails.
