Description
Jazz Rails is a rail version of the Jazz Model, one of the most popular neck humbuckers from Seymour Duncan. It keeps the Jazz Model's glassy treble, full bass and scooped mids, and the rail design spreads the magnetic field evenly across the strings for better balance, clarity and sustain, especially with high gain.
It is hand built in Santa Barbara, California, with an Alnico 8 bar magnet, 4-conductor lead wire and vacuum wax potting, and it pairs with the JB Rails bridge pickup. This is the 7-string version, in black with steel rails.
Features
- Jazz Model voicing with glassy treble, full bass and scooped mids
- Rail design for even string-to-string balance
- More clarity and sustain under high gain
- Alnico 8 bar magnet
- 4-conductor lead wire for multiple wiring options
- Vacuum wax potted to prevent squeal
- Hand built in Santa Barbara, California
