Description
The JB Model is Seymour Duncan's most popular pickup, a hot-rodded bridge humbucker heard in blues, country, fusion, punk, hard rock, grunge and thrash. The low end is full, the highs are crisp, and an upper-midrange bump adds crunch to chords and a vocal quality to single notes and solos. The hot output pushes the amp harder for more sustain and harmonics.
The TB-4 is the Trembucker version of the SH-4 JB Model. Trembucker spacing sets the pole pieces wider apart so they sit under the strings on guitars with a tremolo or a wide-spaced hardtail bridge, where the low E to high E distance over the bridge pickup is 2 inches or more. It pairs well with the Jazz Model or '59 neck pickups. This version has black bobbins.
