Description
Before he started his own company, Seymour Duncan worked at the Fender Soundhouse in London and rewound pickups for players of the Yardbirds era. The Whole Lotta Humbucker comes from one of those custom rewinds, kept alive through his detailed records.
This vintage-hot bridge pickup has a fat tone with plenty of midrange harmonics. It uses a rough cast Alnico 5 magnet, plain enamel wire and Seymour's own winding pattern. It pushes your amp and adds a slight natural compression and sustain. This one comes in the Zebra finish.
