Description
The sE4100 is a large-diaphragm cardioid true-condenser microphone and the cardioid-only sibling to the renowned sE4400. Built around the same handcrafted twin 1" gold-sputtered brass capsule, it delivers smooth vintage condenser character for vocals, piano, acoustic and brass instruments, guitar cabinets, and drum overheads in studio or live use.
Handcrafted with a dent-proof die-cast all-metal housing, metal switches, and a rugged spring steel grille, the sE4100 is roadworthy for touring and demanding studio sessions. Integrated -10 / -20 dB attenuation pads and 80 / 160 Hz low-cut filters tame loud sources, low-frequency rumble, and proximity effect at the microphone.
