Description
The PreSonus StudioLive 32SC is a compact, rack-mountable 32-channel digital mixer powered by a dual-core FLEX DSP Engine. It delivers 40 mixing channels, 26 mix buses, and 286 simultaneous processors with a 7-inch touchscreen, 17 motorized faders, and built-in AVB networking. Sixteen recallable XMAX-R mic preamps provide studio-grade analog input with full digital recall.
Mixing and DSP
The dual-core FLEX DSP Engine powers Fat Channel processing with expandable vintage EQ and compressor plug-in models on every input and bus. Sixteen FlexMixes can be configured as aux, subgroup, or matrix mixes, with four dedicated effects buses, four subgroups, and 24 DCAs for group control. Four FLEX FX slots provide classic reverb emulations and delays.
Recording and Interface
The StudioLive 32SC features a 128-channel (64x64) USB audio interface for multitrack recording to your DAW. A built-in 34-track SD card recorder enables multitrack capture without a computer, with true Virtual Soundcheck for replaying recordings through the console's processing chain. The 64x64 AVB network interface provides additional recording and routing flexibility across the Series III ecosystem.
AVB Networking
Built-in AVB networking connects the StudioLive 32SC to PreSonus NSB-series stage boxes for remote analog I/O, EarMix 16M personal monitor mixers, SW5E AVB switches, and other Series III mixers. Scale from 16 to 32 channels by adding stage boxes wherever inputs are needed. Optional Dante connectivity is available with the AVB-D16 bridge.
DAW Control and Software
The StudioLive 32SC doubles as a hands-on DAW controller with advanced Studio One integration, MCU emulation for Logic, and HUI emulation for Pro Tools. Wireless mixing is available via UC Surface on Mac, Windows, iPad, and Android, while QMix-UC gives musicians personal control of their monitor mixes. Includes Fender Studio Pro DAW, Capture multitrack recording software, UC Surface control, and the Studio Magic plug-in suite.
