Description
The PreSonus Eris Studio 5 is an 80W studio monitor with a 5.25" woven composite woofer, 1" silk-dome tweeter, and front-ported enclosure. An EBM waveguide widens the sweet spot and improves stereo imaging, while the front port reduces time smearing and maintains a constant dispersion pattern. Sold individually.
Drivers and Waveguide
The 5.25" woven composite low-frequency transducer works with the front-ported enclosure to deliver tight bass down to 48 Hz. The 1" silk-dome tweeter is paired with an EBM waveguide for accurate transient reproduction and a wide sweet spot.
Room Tuning
Mid-frequency and high-frequency trim controls let you compensate for room acoustics. A low-cut highpass filter aids subwoofer integration, and acoustic space control reduces low-frequency buildup near walls or corners.
