Description
The PreSonus BlueTube DP V2 is a dual-channel mic/instrument preamplifier offering both solid-state transparency and vacuum-tube warmth. Each of the two independent channels features an XMAX Class A solid-state preamp followed by a 12AX7 vacuum-tube stage. A Tube Drive control provides a wide range of sounds, from quiet transparent amplification to gentle warmth to edgy distortion.
Dual-Path Design
With the Tube Drive control clicked off, signals pass through the solid-state preamp for clean, transparent amplification. Engaging the Tube Drive sends signals through the 12AX7 tube stage, letting you dial in anything from subtle saturation to aggressive overdrive. Equipped with both instrument and mic inputs on combo connectors, the BlueTube DP V2 works well for guitarists, bassists, and singer/songwriters.
