Description
The PreSonus AIR15S is a 1,200W active 15" subwoofer that delivers powerful, accurate low-end punch from a compact, lightweight form factor. A 15" woofer is powered by a super-efficient Class D amplifier. Designed for both mobile use and permanent installations, it pairs well with AIR10, AIR12, or AIR15 full-range speakers. Sold individually as a single unit.
DSP and System Integration
A variable lowpass filter dials in the upper frequency limit from sub-bass to full-range. DSP presets enable extended low-end performance for ground-stacked or end-fire subwoofer arrays. Up to 12m of alignment delay supports proper time alignment in 3-way system applications. A polarity invert switch corrects phase issues.
Inputs and Outputs
The onboard mixer provides two XLR/TRS combo inputs and a stereo 1/8" input for flexible connectivity.
Enclosure and Build
Constructed of durable texture-painted birch with a tour-grade 17-gauge steel grille. Ergonomic handles and ground-stacking provisions simplify transport and deployment. A defeatable front-panel LED accommodates low-visibility installations.
