Description
The PreSonus AIR XD 12 is an active 12" loudspeaker powered by over 1,500W of Class D amplification, reaching up to 132 dB of output. A custom 12" woofer with a 2.56" voice coil delivers deep lows, while a 1.35" high-frequency compression driver produces clear, detailed highs. A full-color LCD screen provides precise metering and easy access to onboard tuning, EQ, and presets.
DSP and Tuning
Choose from presets tailored for front-of-house, monitor wedge, music playback, speech clarity, or enhanced low-end warmth. Adjustable treble and bass controls offer +/-10 dB of boost or cut, and location presets optimize performance for stand, bracket, or flown applications.
Wireless and Connectivity
Built-in Bluetooth with TWS Bridge Mode enables wireless stereo pairing with a second speaker. The onboard mixer provides two XLR/1/4" combo inputs, a stereo 1/8" aux input, and a mix output for versatile signal integration.
Enclosure and Mounting
The multi-angle cabinet features nonskid rubber feet on the bottom for front-of-house use and on the side for wedge monitoring. A 35mm pole socket with 5-degree downward tilt supports tripod or subwoofer pole mounting. Integrated M10 rigging points enable suspended installation.
