Description
The OPUS-QUAD is a standalone all-in-one DJ system with 4-deck playback, a 4-channel mixer, and a 10.1" electrostatic touchscreen. It supports USB, rekordbox CloudDirectPlay, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi sources, and includes plug-and-play compatibility with rekordbox Performance mode and Serato DJ Pro.
Touchscreen and Navigation
The 10.1" touchscreen displays dual waveforms with playback position, BPM, and beat grids for both active decks. The Smart Rotary Selector provides joystick-style control (left/right, up/down, rotation, push) for browsing. Playlist Bank enables quick navigation between playlists, and Touch Preview lets you audition tracks while browsing.
Deck Layout
Each deck has a full-size touch-sensitive jog wheel with an integrated color on-jog display, 8 dedicated Hot Cue buttons, and a Beat Loop knob. Decks can be assigned individual colors matched by jog ring illumination. Smart Cue automatically overwrites the current cue position when recalling Hot Cues.
Mixer and Effects
The 4-channel mixer includes gain trim, 3-band EQ/isolator, and dedicated Sound Color FX per channel. Beat FX include delay, echo, spiral, reverb, transformer, flanger, pitch, and roll, controlled via the XY-Pad. Smooth Echo can be assigned to any fader or knob for one-touch triggering. A zone output sends a separate audio feed for multi-room use.
Audio
The signal path uses a 32-bit D/A converter from ESS Technology. Two mic inputs include talk-over and dedicated 3-band EQ.
