Description
Pianoteq reproduces iconic electro-acoustic pianos from the 1970s with astonishing realism. This instrument pack includes three exceptional instruments, each with its own distinctive character and personality, fully customizable to your taste. Using Pianoteq’s embedded effects—Amp, Chorus, Tremolo, Tine noise, and the Blooming parameters—these instruments can be transformed into highly expressive, nuanced variants.
Vintage Tines MKI (formerly R2)
This legendary instrument was featured in recordings by Miles Davis, Chick Corea, Herbie Hancock, and many others, offering a mellow, bell-like tone with a pleasing sustain.
Vintage Tines MKII
The MKII reflects mechanical improvements over the MKI, now enhanced in Pianoteq 9 with increased dynamic response and additional fortissimo grit, providing greater expressivity and detail in every note. It includes 30 factory presets, many designed by Klaus P. Rausch.
Vintage Reeds W1 (formerly Wurly)
Recognizable in numerous pop and rock hits of the 1970s, this instrument was used by Supertramp, Queen, REO Speedwagon, and more. Pianoteq 9 updates the Reeds with enhanced dynamics and expressive detail, giving every note more richness, bite, and harmonic depth.
