Warehouse Deal: Store demo unit with minor cosmetic marks.
The Guv'nor came out in 1988 as the first pedal to put Marshall's amp sound into a small black box. This reissue recreates its smooth overdriven sound with a touch of compression, from soft drive to heavier distortion.
The case follows the original shape down to the individually coloured knobs. A Y-insert send and return loop lets you add effects after the EQ. Marshall builds it in the same Bletchley, England factory that builds its amps.
