Description
The Korg Volca Modular is a semi-modular analog synthesizer in the compact Volca form factor. Inspired by the Buchla and West Coast synthesis tradition, it uses a patchable architecture with 50 patch points connected by included pin cables. The sound source is a pair of triangle-core VCOs with wavefolder, processed through a dual low-pass gate and a utility mixer. Random voltage generators and a function generator provide modulation.
