IsoAcoustics ISO-155 Studio Monitor Isolation Stands (Pair)

The IsoAcoustics ISO-155 is a pair of isolation stands for medium sized studio monitors and speakers. The patented isolators decouple the monitor from the desk, console or meter bridge so the surface is not excited into resonance, and they attenuate the reflections that travel back up the cabinet and smear the stereo image. The ISO-155 is the current generation of the ISO-Stand line, with a lower profile and revised isolator compared with the ISO-L8R series it replaces.

Height and Tilt Adjustment

Two tube lengths and two pairs of inserts combine to give 14 height and tilt settings per stand, letting you bring the tweeter to ear level and angle it at the listening position. Inserts fitted to the front tubes tilt the monitor up, inserts in the rear tubes tilt it down, and inserts are always fitted as a matched pair. In a typical desktop setup, ear level sits roughly 20" (508 mm) above the work surface.

Compatibility Note

Measure the flat underside of your monitor against the stand footprint before ordering. The cabinet should be the same size as the stand or larger, and a few inches of overhang is fine. If the supporting surface is smaller than the stand, Aperta Support Plates (sold separately) can be fixed down to enlarge it.
