IsoAcoustics Aperta Speaker Isolation Stands (Pair, Silver)

The IsoAcoustics Aperta is a pair of sculpted aluminum isolation stands for bookshelf speakers, center channels and studio monitors weighing up to 35 lbs (15.9 kg) each, finished in natural brushed aluminum. The patented isolators decouple the cabinet from the surface underneath, so the desk, shelf or credenza is not excited into resonance and reflections do not travel back up the cabinet to collapse the stereo image.

Dial-In Tilt Adjustment

An integrated tilt mechanism with fine gradation markings lets you set the angle precisely and repeat it on the second stand. Tilting up is the default; rotating the lower frame so the adjustable poles sit at the rear tilts the speaker down instead. There is no height adjustment on the Aperta, which is deliberate: at normal home listening distances tilt does more to put the tweeter on axis than height does.

Compatibility Note

Measure the flat underside of your speaker against the stand footprint. The cabinet should be the same size as the stand or larger, and a few inches of overhang is acceptable. If the supporting surface is smaller than the stand, Aperta Support Plates (sold separately) can be fixed down to enlarge it.
