Description
The HK Audio POLAR 8 MKII in white is the most compact active column in the POLAR MK2 line: an integrated 8-inch sub, Curved Column mid/high array, 1,200 W Class D amplification, and a 3-channel mixer with Bluetooth 5 and True Wireless Stereo. Contour control blends continuously between DJ, Music, and Voice voicings, making this finish a strong fit for weddings, corporate installs, and any room where the PA should stay visually discreet.
Curved Column Coverage
- Driver array: Six 2.5-inch neodymium midrange drivers in HK Audio's Curved Column layout for even coverage in the room.
- Dispersion: 120° horizontal and 45° vertical spread keeps speech clear for seated audiences and low-ceiling venues.
- Close-range clarity: Homogeneous output holds up when listeners sit near the column or off-axis.
Bass & Power
The integrated 8-inch subwoofer sits in a metal-reinforced, low-resonance enclosure for a dry, controlled low end. A 1,200 W Class D amplifier delivers high headroom with low weight, so the system stays balanced and dynamic at higher playback levels.
Contour Control & DSP
- Contour dial: Continuous blend between DJ, Music, and Voice presets instead of fixed voicing switches.
