Description
The Genelec 8330A is a Smart Active Monitor (SAM) featuring a 5" bass driver, 3/4" metal dome tweeter, and both analog XLR and digital AES/EBU inputs. Combining the precision of Genelec's acoustic design with GLM room calibration technology, the 8330A offers transparent reproduction with powerful automatic room compensation. Its compact footprint and digital connectivity make it equally suited to music production, post-production, and broadcast environments.
Smart Active Monitoring (SAM)
- GLM calibration: Automated room measurement and multi-band EQ compensation via Genelec Loudspeaker Manager software
- Room-adaptive DSP: Compensates for standing waves, boundary effects, and early reflections
